STUD CONTRACT FOR SHIPPED CHILLED SEMEN
Under the terms of this agreement, the undersigned parties agree to the following conditions in regard to the use of fresh chilled semen for AI from our stud "Boynes Oliver" identified below:

STUD DOG OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
The owner of the above named stud dog (Boyne's Oliver) agrees to the following:
1. Stud fee is $1,500.00 with a non refundable deposit of $500.00.
2. Fresh Chilled Semen will be shipped as soon as stud fee deposit is received by Stud owner.
3. All expenses will be paid by bitch owner, shipping of semen, vet expenses to impregnate female.
4. That 2 live viable puppies 48 hours after birth constitutes a litter:
a. If only 1 live puppy results, the stud fee will be $1000.
b. If no live puppies result or the bitch does not conceive, a repeat service will be provided to the same bitch with the initial fees paid being applied toward the repeat breeding.
Shipping of additional semen is paid by bitch owner along with the additional vet expenses.
1. Or If no live puppies or no conception occurs, the bitch owner is entitled to a refund of all initial stud fees ($1,500.00 less non-refundable deposit of $500).
4. That the stud fee for this breeding is $ 1,500.00. We do not do pick of litter.
5. Copies of the required health clearances of the bitch will be given to the stud dog owner prior to the breeding. If copies are not received, the bitch will not be bred to the above named stud.
BITCH OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
The owner(s) of the above identified bitch agrees to the following:
1. That the stud fee will be paid in advance. $1,500.00 includes a non-refundable deposit of $500.00.
2. Copies of the required health testing on the bitch will be given to the stud dog owner prior to payment of stud fee. If no health testing papers are available, no breeding will take place.
3. That the bitch owner is responsible for all transportation and vet fees related to the bitch’s breeding, care and maintenance.
4. That the bitch owner will furnish the stud owner with:
a. the names, addresses and phone numbers of all puppy buyers.
b. Photograph of Bitch.
c. Photographs of the litter, at least one per week for 8 weeks.
d. Confirmation of pregnancy / non pregnancy from a licensed veterinarian
e. Notice of birth within 72 hours of whelping.
5. That no puppy from the resultant litter will be sold, given, or traded to pet shops or any commercial or wholesale outlet / puppy mill.
6. That the bitch owner will contact the stud dog owner in the event the bitch or any of the resulting puppies develop a serious hereditary defect at any time.
7. Any artificial insemination expenses are the full responsibility of the bitch owner.
8. The semen is to be used on the above named bitch and all leftover semen is to be destroyed.
OTHER CONDITIONS:
The owner of the stud dog reserves the right to refuse breeding to the above named bitch if:
1. Any of the above requirements are not met.
2. The bitch has a disqualifying fault (i.e.: severe over or under bite).
3. The bitch is not of acceptable temperament.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION OF HEALTH TESTING:
1. Complete copy of Embark DNA testing.
2. Statement from your veterinarian of health and soundness for breeding on Letterhead, complete with full contact information for your vet.
